While some of Photoshop CS3’s new features shine, others need polish. What’s more, Photoshop now comes in two flavors, so you’ll need to decide between the standard version and the pricier, more fully featured Photoshop CS3 Extended. Fortunately, Adobe didn’t change the vast majority of keyboard shortcuts that many Photoshop users perform in their sleep—so Photoshop veterans will feel at home even as they enjoy exploring their new surroundings.
